Guiding with impactful insights

I’ve always been a people person, curious about the brain, and a bit of a research nerd, so in high school I put two and two together and decided that becoming a neuroscientist made the most sense (plus, as a Ghanaian immigrant, I had "no other choice" ha!). Four years later, with a distinction in Neuroscience and Psychology, I realized scientists don’t get to do much of the "people" part. I figured out pretty quickly that part was needed but jumped into life and opted to figure out the rest later.

Fast forward to "later", 8 + years of collaborating with customers and businesses, research in health and wellness, education spaces, traveling to 37 countries; I was discovering a pivotal truth:

It takes more than aesthetics to create remarkable experiences and products. Understanding how customers, users, PEOPLE experience their world around them is key for impactful business solutions.

This immersion in people's stories and product fails lead me to specializing in evaluative and generative research that help start-ups to mid size companies explore key challenges in their product space and gain a deeper understanding of their users. My passion guides teams in developing more inclusive and accessible product experiences that people truly desire, limiting the need for trial-and-error guesswork.

By leveraging empathy focused and data-driven user stories, I help companies enhance their product impact. Bridging the gap between users and stakeholders to turn insights, anchored in an understanding of users' lived experiences, into transformative business decisions.

Beyond UX, I'm a collector of experiences like...

Traveling!

My goal is to visit every country during my lifetime. Why, you ask? My curiosity about people and how they engage with the world around them.
